What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery is always free and is usually within 3-10 working days following confirmation of your order and receipt of your payment.
The products are delivered by secured fast courier EMS/DHL or Collissimo depending on destination from Monday to Friday during office hours. Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package and indicate a contact name and telephone number.
On this site returns are also always free of charge. You can find more information in the "Returns and Refunds" section.
How can I check the delivery status?
You will receive an email with the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website.
Can I return any product, even if I only changed my mind?
You have 7 days from when your order was delivered to request a return, whatever the reason.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its labels, wrapping and accessories.
Can I change a product?
If you need to change a product, you can return the product for free and make a new purchase or choose a different product from our catalogue. You will be invoiced or credited for the difference in prices between the returned item and the new one. Please follow the instructions in "How can I return a product?" below.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks and will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
The courier will leave a note with their contact details or collection point. If you do not contact the courier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted by our Customer Service to verify if you want the package to be delivered again at your expenses or if you would like a refund.
Which Countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to : United States, Europe and the United Kingdom.
Are there addresses that you cannot deliver to?
We cannot deliver to post office boxes or collect points.
